Maverick Republican Presidential candidate Andy Martin, whose family immigrated to New Hampshire 100 years ago, became one of the first presidential candidates to file for the 2012 Republican Party presidential campaign on Monday. Andy’s mother was born in Manchester and graduated from the University of New Hampshire. Andy, who calls himself New Hampshire’s “favorite son” based on his unique ties to the Granite State, has campaigned extensively in New Hampshire and is best known for his opposition to the Northern Pass high voltage transmission line.
