ANDY WILL RELEASE THE LAWSUIT THURSDAY MORNING
(CHICAGO) (April 18, 2012) “We just got off the phone with the Clerk,” Andy Martin says, “and the Clerk of the Court has received our new federal civil rights lawsuit seeking to invalidate Tim Johnson’s bogus candidacy for reelection, as well as bringing the other Republican Party’s cockroaches out into the open. The lawsuit will be docketed momentarily and we will release the new case at a Thursday news conference.”
